This fly is a balanced leech that was designed for the massive Lahottan Cutthroat Trout of Pyramid Lake, Nevada. It could be fished stripped or under an indicator. Our employees have fished it for other trout species including Lake Trout in Lake Tahoe. It has also been fished successfully for Smallmouth Bass and Spotted Bass under an indicator.
